<strong><label><small>LEY Nº 2600 <strong>LEY DE 18 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2003 CARLOS D. MESA GISBERT PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA REPUBLICA</strong></small></label></strong>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Por cuanto, el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley: <small>EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL, <strong>DECRETA: </strong></small></label></strong>
</p>
<strong><label><small>ARTICULO 1°.- UNICO.-</small></label></strong>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>De conformidad con el Artículo 59, atribución 5ta. de la Constitución Política del Estado, apruébase el Contrato de Préstamo, negociado entre la República de Bolivia y el
Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), el 21 de noviembre de 2003, en la ciudad de Washington D.C., por la suma de hasta OCHENTA Y SIETE MILLONES 00/100 DOLARES AMERICANOS (SUS 87.000.000.-)
destinados a financiar el Programa Sector al de Fortalecimiento de las Instituciones y Políticas Públicas de Apoyo a la Productividad y Competitividad1 a ser ejecutado por el Ministerio de
Desarrollo Económico. <strong>Remítase al Poder Ejecutivo, para fines constitucionales. Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional, a los diecisiete del mes diciembre de dos mil
