<strong><label><small>LEY Nº 2448 <strong>LEY DE 28 DE MARZO DE 2003 GONZALO SANCHEZ DE LOZADA PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA REPUBLICA</strong></small></label></strong>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Por cuanto el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley: <small>EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL, <strong>DECRETA: </strong></small></label></strong>
</p>
<strong><label><small>ARTICULO 1°.-</small></label></strong>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Declarar de prioridad nacional, la construcción, del Hospital de Tercer Nivel de la ciudad de Oruro. <small>ARTICULO 2°.-</small></label></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Se dispone que el Poder Ejecutivo busque financiamiento nacional e internacional, para la construcción del Hospital de Tercer Nivel en la ciudad de Oruro. <strong>Remítase al
Poder Ejecutivo, para fines constitucionales. Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional, a los diecinueve días del mes de marzo de dos mil tres años. Fdo. Mirtha Quevedo
