<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Por cuanto, al Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:</strong>
</p>
<h1><strong>EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL</strong>

</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><strong>DECRETA:</strong></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><strong>ARTICULO <strong>PRIMERO.- (TRANSFERENCIA A TITUTO GRATUITO).-</strong> style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>Autorzase la transferencia <strong>a ttulo gratuito de
conformidad con el Artculo 59, numeral 7, de la Constitucin Poltica del Estado, a favor del Gobierno Municipal de la ciudad de Santa Cruz, los siguientes terrenos de propiedad de Y.P.F.B. residual,
ubicados en el Campo Santa Cruz:</strong></strong></strong>
</p>
<div><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â El lote correspondiente al rea llamado EL MECHERO, con una superficie de 70.948,08 Mts.2.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Los correspondiente al Pozo SCZ-7 con una superficie de 14.292.10 mts2.</strong>
</div>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>Â</strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- (DERECHO <strong>PROPIETARIO).-</strong> Se respeta el derecho propietario de Y.P.F.B. residual sobre una
<strong>superficie de 5.322,05 Mts2 en el lote Pozo SCZ-7, correspondiente en una franja ubicada al lado Este del terreno de 160 Mts. De largo y 33.26 Mts. De ancho.</strong></strong></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>ARTICULO TERCERO.- <strong>(DESTINO).-</strong> La <strong>totalidad de la superficie transferida est destinada,
exclusivamente a la siguiente infraestructura:</strong></strong></strong>

</div>
<h2><strong>Lote Pozo SCZ 7</strong>
</h2>
<div><strong>style='font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt'>-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Exclusivamente para la construccin del Mdulo educativo en convenio entre el Gobierno Municipal y el Fondo de
Inversin Social (FIS).</strong>
</div>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><strong>ARTICULO CUARTO.-</strong> Y.P.F.B., se har cargo del sellado definitivo del Pozo SCZ 7 con todas las especificaciones tcnicas requeridas.</strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Pase al Poder Ejecutivo para fines constitucionales.</strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional, a los catorce das del mes de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho aos.</strong>
</p>
