<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Por cuanto, el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:</label></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label><strong>EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL, DECRETA</strong></label></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>ARTICULO UNICO.- De conformidad al artículo 59, atribución 12a. de la Constitución Política del Estado, se 1 aprueba y ratifica la II Convención Interamericana sobre Arbitraje
Comercial Internacional, suscrita por Bolivia el 3 de agosto de 1983.</label></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Remítase al Poder Ejecutivo para fines constitucionales</label></strong>
</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><label>Es dada en la Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional, a los tres días del mes de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro años.</label></strong>
